Cuts in front line policing

The Home Office continues to be "unfit for purpose", North Wales police receive 23% LESS than their South Wales Colleagues in funding - and the allocation for police has NOT kept in line with inflation. The result for Flintshire is a cut in the number of Community Beat Officers and Council tax rises. Residents in Delyn already pay more for Policing in their Council tax than anywhere else in Wales - so why are we not getting our fair share of funding? It is because Labour is directing the funds South and into cities. Small towns like Flint Mold and Holywell are losing out and local communities are suffering. I am calling for "Fair Funding" for Delyn and North Wales. If you would like to join our fair funding campaign call 01352 710 232
