Shocking immigration figures

New figure show that 688 foreign immigrants are coming into the UK every day.  This is placing unacceptable pressures on public services, as a result of Labour's Immigration Policy.  In2008 year saw 590,000 people coming into the UK - a 16,000 increase on the numbers coming into the UK in 2007.

A cross Parliamentary group which includes the veteran Labour MP Frank Field have said that Government policies were having "little or no effect" on immigration.

Antoinette Sandbach Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Delyn said "We must put a cap on figures coming into the UK.  The fact that the number of deportations has fallen by 6% shows that the Government is not serious about tackling illegal immigration.  It is time for a limit on immigration, a proper border police and serious steps to be taken to tackle this problem, it is local services that are put under pressure by Labour's failure to deal with this issue."
