Manufacturing a vital part of Flintshire's economy

Kingspan panels recently launched a new photovoltaic product that will mean that buildings such as warehouses and large buildings like supermarkets, can become generators of electricity. The company manufacturers it& 39;s panels in Greenfield. Antoinette Sandbach Conservative Parliamentary Candidate and Welsh Shadow Secretary of State Cheryl Gillan MP together with Francis Maude MP visited the factory yesterday.

Antoinette said "manufacturing is a vital part of Flintshire& 39;s economy, it is clear that the recession has hit the building sector hard in the UK, companies like Kingspan support provide local jobs here in Flintshire. It is really important that we are able to compete in a global market. The Conservative policies on National Insurance help to reduce costs for UK manufacturers, helping to support local jobs and businesses."
