Delyn Conservatives General Election Result

The Conservative Candidate Antoinette Sandbach polled 12,811 votes, this was a 44% increase in the Conservative Vote from 2005, which showed that a huge number of voters here in Delyn supported the positive policies for change put forward by the Conservative Party. The swing in Delyn was 6.79% from Labour to the Conservatives - well above the National Average Swing. Well done to Antoinette and the team for all their hard work.

We have received a number of complaints abouts misinformation and lies spread by the Labour Party concerning the way Conservative Policies were portrayed by Labour during the campaign. Our message to voters here in Delyn is that Labour& 39;s vote fell by 3% on their 2005 General Election Result, this is a trend that can only continue. We fought a positive and clean campaign, working with integrity.
